Author Biography

RAGHBENDRA JHA is Professor and Executive Director of Australia South Asia Research Centre, Australian National University. He has taught previously at Columbia University and Williams College (US), Queens University (Canada), University of Warwick (UK), and Delhi School of Economics, Indian Institute of Management and Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research (India).
