Author Biography


Steven L. Lamy is Professor of International Relations and Vice Dean for Academic Programs for Letters, Arts and Sciences at USC. He has written on communitarian theory and continues to explore the questions raised by scholars in the World Order Models Project and recent studies exploring the moral dimensions of international relations. He is the former director of USC's Center for Excellence in Teaching and is the recipient of numerous teaching awards including Master Teacher in Harvard University's Pew Faculty Fellows Program.

John S. Masker is Assistant Professor of Political Science at Temple University, where he teaches international relations and political theory. He has had visiting appointments at Williams College, Mount Holyoke College, and Clark University. Dr. Masker has written about nuclear non-proliferation, Russian foreign policy, and U.S. foreign policy.
