Furlong is Program Chair of the Counseling/Clinical/School Psychology Program and Professor in the Gevirtz Graduate School of Education at the University of California, Santa Barbara Gale M. Morrison is Professor in the Counseling/Clinical/School Psychology Program in the Gevirtz Graduate School of Education at the University of California, Santa Barbara Russell Skiba is Professor in the School Psychology Program at Indiana University. He received his doctorate from the University of Minnesota Dewey G. Cornell is a clinical psychologist and Professor of Education in the Curry School of Education at the University of Virginia
