Author Biography

<b>Robert D. Herman</b> is professor of organizational behavior and community psychology at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he teaches in the graduate program in nonprofit management. He is coauthor (with R. Heimovics) of <i>Executive Leadership in Nonprofit Organizations</i>&#160;from Jossey-Bass, as well as the author of many articles on nonprofit&#160;leadership and governance.
