Author Biography

Clemens Bartollas received his Ph.D. from the Ohio State University. He is Professor of Sociology at the University of Northern Iowa where he has taught criminology for thirty-five years and has developed a criminology major. He has written over 50 texts, biographies, and monograph including many articles. He is currently involved in researching and writing about adult gangs in Chicago.
