His advice will help you avoid pitfalls and keep your project on track.

The end depends on the beginning This edition places additional emphasis on the launch phase, the stage of project planning that bridges the strategic planning and design phases. Learn the importance of completing a Launch Gap Analysis as the first step in the process and how to create an implementation plan that defines the project scope, cost, and schedule while aligning expectations and goals.
