Author Biography

SUSAN MOORE JOHNSON, a former high school teacher and administrator, is academic dean and professor of education in administration, planning, and social policy at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is the author of Teacher Unions in Schools (1984) and Teachers at Work (1990).
