Author Biography

John Killinger, popular preacher, teacher, and author of more than sixty books, has pastored eight churches, including the First Congregational Church of Los Angeles and Marble Collegiate Church of New York City. He has also taught at seven colleges and divinity schools, including Vanderbilt, Chicago, Princeton, and Claremont. Holder of doctorates in both literature and theology, he was one of the early leaders of the interdisciplinary approach to Christianity.
