Author Biography

HUGH ORAM has been working as a media journalist for well over 50 years and as a book author for 40 years. He began my career in Belfast, but for about 45 years has been based in Dublin.Besides continuing to work for such newspapers as The Irish Times, he also continues to work for RTÉ Radio 1, writing and broadcasting his own scripts. On the book front, he has written around 90 titles, about 60 under my own name.The other titles have been contributions to series, such as Michelin Guides and Fodor’s Guides.
