Author Biography

An attorney, author, and motivational speaker, Susan Omilian has worked extensively as an advocate to end violence against women for the past forty years.  Her commitment to her work became more immediate and passionate with the murder of her 19-year-old niece Maggie in 1999 by her ex-boyfriend. Susan vowed to help other women move on after abuse and thrive as Maggie could not.
