Halloween has come to Caerphilly! And with it comes a series of ghosts, witches, zombies, superheroes, and other creatures flying about. As part of the town’s Goblin Patrol, it’s Meg’s job to assist the police if the town’s spooky festivities spin out of control. Which is exactly what happens when a dead body turns up in the woods. Soon it’s up to Meg and her fellow goblins to keep calm, carry on with all the costumed revelers, and unmask a criminal who is hiding in plain sight.
