She is a body-image expert and personal empowerment coach. She works extensively as a seminar leader, personal coach, and media advocate. She hosts a weekly radio show on the Voice America network. Her guests include Dr. David Simon, cofounder of the Chopra Center, and bestselling authors Gary Zukav, John Gray, Dr. Amen, and Marci Shimoff. She received her masterís degree from Columbia University and law degree from Stanford University. She has personally overcome negative body obsession and has developed a joyful and compassionate relationship with food and her body.
