Bruce Yandle is Alumni Professor of Economics at Clemson University and a Senior Associate with PERC in Bozeman, Montana. Jason Annan is an engineering consultant in Charlotte, North Carolina. Sean Blacklocke is pursuing a Ph.D. in applied economics at Clemson University. Angela Ives is pursuing a graduate degree in education at the University of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina. Brian Kropp is a Ph.D. candidate in public policy analysis at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mariela Mercedes Nino Restrepo is entering the graduate program in applied economics at Clemson University. David W. Riggs is Director of Land and Natural Resources Policy at the Competitive Enterprise Institute in Washington. Matt Ryan is a market analyst for for Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. in Memphis, Tennessee. Jeffrey C. Terry is Director of Environmental and Health Effects Activities for the Engine Manufacturers Association in Chicago. Stacie Thomas is an economist on the staff of Senator Phil Gramm on the Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee. Alec Watson is a student at the University of North Carolina Law School.
