David Banks is Senior Lecturer at the University of Sunderland, Member of the NCTJ Law Board, and NCTJ Chief Examiner for the NCTJ's NCE law and newpaper practice exam. Mark Hanna is Senior Lecturer at the University of Sheffield, and Chair of the NCTJ Media Law Examinations Board.
