Scott Ventrella is a speaker, consultant and Executive Vice-President for SAI Global, an international consulting firm. He is an executive coach and lecturer at business and self-improvement seminars, and professor at Fordham University's Graduate School of Business. He has spent the last two decades developing his ideas into the unique, personalized improvement program that is at the core of ME, INC. He has counseled a wide range of clients, from senior executives at Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, BMW, and Starbucks to students enrolled in his courses at Fordham, Harvard, Dartmouth, and Columbia. He has also delivered seminars on the topic at a wide variety of professional, motivational, and business conferences.
