About the Author
Harvey Lehpamer
has almost 30 years of experience in the planning, design and deployment of the wireless and wireline networks including microwave, fiber-optic and other transmission (transport) systems in Europe, Canada, USA and other countries around the world. He also has experience in teaching, electronic circuit design and manufacturing and testing environment.

Harvey Lehpamer had worked for companies like Ericsson Wireless Communications, San Diego, USA, Qualcomm Inc., San Diego, USA, Clearnet Inc., Toronto, Canada, Ontario Hydro, Canada, Lucas Aerospace Inc. - Microwave Technologies Division, Canada, Electroproject - Consulting Engineers, Zagreb, Croatia.

He is a IEEE member and a Licensed and Professional Engineer of Province of Ontario, Canada. He is presently an Owner and Principal Engineer of "HL Telecom Consulting" in San Diego, California.
