Author Biography

John R. Burley has achieved what most people would consider impossible. From a background of corporate sales and financial planning, John moved to the Phoenix, Arizona area to begin an exciting and prosperous career as an active real estate investor. Starting out with very little money, a workable plan of action and a lot of desire, John used cash flow principles to create wealth.   John has now completed more than 1000 real estate deals and has taught students around the world how to achieve success through real estate investing. John has been an active investor for over 27 years and has been teaching others to invest for over a decade. He has been through several real estate cycles continuing to invest and prosper in each one. He has spoken on real estate investing and money at events sponsored by Tony Robbins, Donald Trump and T. Harv Eker.
