Great reference  May 12, 2011

I found this textbook to be very useful. I am currently in nursing school and this textbook is a great tool to guide [censored]sments. This textbook consists of separate chapters cover age-specific exams for infants, children, and adolescents, the healthy female evaluation, and reporting and documenting findings. I recommend this cheap textbook and ecampus for purchasing, I bought a lot of stuff from ecampus and they always deliver it fast and in great condition. I have never had any problems with ecampus. Worth buying!

A distinctive feature of the handbook is its functional use of color type to distinguish examination steps, expected findings, and unexpected findings.
