Author Biography

Professor Risterd Mulcahy was head of the cardiology department and the heart disease research unit at St Vincent's Hospital in Dublin and is a past president of the Irish Medical Association. He is also the author of Improving with Age, about the benefits of exercise for older people, and Is the Health Service for Healing?, both published by Liberties Press.
