Author Biography

Jade Miller is Assistant Professor in Communication Studies at Wilfrid Laurier University, Ontario, Canada. She received her PhD in Communications from the Annenberg School at the University of Southern California and subsequently held a Mellon Postdoctoral Fellowship at Tulane University in New Orleans before joining the Laurier faculty. She works on global media industries from a geographic perspective. Her work has been published in a number of journals including Global Media and Communication and the International Journal of Communication.
