Author Biography

Yasdnil has been writing poetry since she was in middle school during the tragic events of 9.11.2001. It has been nearly 20 years, and she has never stopped writing since. In November 2016 Yasdnil was severely beaten leaving her with a traumatic brain injury. She was in a coma for 11 months and rehabilitation until Oct 30, 2020. Her dream has been to publish a book of poetry and an autobiography. She is now an advocate for domestic violence and looks forward to writing more for her readers.
