Through Personal Coaching and Counseling she offers Administrators, Apex Executives, Public Personalities, the opportunity to shape their personal and/or professional sphere. a Dutch economist and anthropologist, collaborated for years with Geert Hofstede, with whom he co-founded the Institute for Research on Intercultural Cooperation, and from whose work he developed his original model for analyzing organizational cultures. To assist management consultants in supporting their clients to meet their objectives, he constructed a fully integrated toolkit that is used by organizations in all industries on the 5 continents to match their culture with their strategy.
