Summary

In the light of Genetic Rules and Inspiration for Organizing with analogical perspective, social organizations can be seen as organisms that born, grow, reshape and die. With this analogy, international entities as social organizations resemble organism. Parts (nations or groups) come together and form a new organism (international organization), which has a special function. Interactively new organism or form means a ìlife fieldî for the entity. It can be apparently assumed that the new form has some different properties from the entities. For example a cell as a sub-system (or say national sub system or a NGO) is relatively simple entity. Its behavioral repertory is relatively limited. Yet, an organ as a supra system (or say International Suprasystem) is different than the cell itself. It is a complex organization. Inside this supra system some sub systems are bellicose and protect the organ against miscellaneous threats, others communicate with each other reacting the environment. The main difference between two concepts, sub / supra systems (or cell / organ), is that on one side there is a simple entity, ìcellî or international entity; on the other site, there is a big complex organism, ìorganî or international supra system. Cells build the organ, organ totally different then the cells themselves. To go further with this analogy, it would be helpful to look closer to the cell. Cells in somehow change or reproduced by in genetic rules. In organizations genetic rules are resembled by memetics rules. This book explains the international organization in the light of this new approach.
