Author Biography

Kerrick James has been photographing Arizona and the American West for more than 20 years and is the photographer of Backroads of Arizona (Voyageur Press). His work has graced the covers of more than 70 books and 80 magazines, including such publications as Arizona Highways, Sunset, Alaska, and American West. His photos have appeared in many guidebooks to the Southwest and the western United States. He also writes adventure travel stories on water sports and climbing. Kerrick lives in Mesa, Arizona, with his wife and three sons.
