Author Biography

Edward R. Dayton is vice president at large of World Vision International, Monrovia, California. A former aerospace executive, he has written widely on missions, management, theology, and sociology, and a number of his books have been translated into Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, and French. David A. Fraser is associate professor of sociology at Eastern College, St. Davids, Pennsylvania.
