It's story time!

Do you want a story?

Are you ready? This is a story about a precious dog. Yes, PRECIOUS, just like you! Now, this other precious dog lived in a luxurious apartment in New York City.

What kind of dog was he?

He was not just precious, he was a Chihuahua. Chihuahuas are very small dogs
who have no idea how small they are.

And they have big, brave hearts. Do you want to know the kind of life this precious dog had?

Well, let me tell you.

His routine was this: he'd wake his person (a woman who smelled real good) whenever he felt like it in the morning by covering her face in in kisses.

She liked that.

Do you like kisses?

They would have big kisses and cuddles for a long time before they got out of bed. Eventually, when this precious dog felt like it, he'd just look his person in the eye and she would know it was time he had something yum-yum to eat.

He ate the finest steak, the bestest fish, fancy treats from the pet store, bones-- lots of bones--which he liked to pick at, and YOUR favorite.

His person would tuck him under her arm and take him everywhere she went--theatres, supermarkets, the movies, malls, parks, even on dates--everywhere!

He loved it.

Would you like that? Yes, you would!

One day this precious dog became even more precious to his person (I know you might think that's impossible).

They were walking down Fifth Avenue when suddenly, just as Precious Dog was kissing his person's cheek and smiling, a bad man grabbed his person's purse and ran off. Well, Precious
