He is also an Honorary Consultant Psychiatrist in the Department of Psychiatry, University of Oxford; Visiting Professor in Psychology, The Institute of Psychiatry and King's College, London University; Visiting Professor in Philosophy and Professional Practice Skills in the Centre for Professional Ethics, University of Central Lancashire; and Visiting Professor, Kent Institute of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Kent.
