Summary

The mortgage industry is flooded with advice, training programs, and books promising quick fixes and silver-bullet strategies. But The Purchase Shift is not like anything you've read before. This isn't about chasing the latest shiny object or jumping on the trend of the moment. It's about what works—proven strategies that less than 5% of originators know, let alone master.
The mortgage industry is not just facing a market shift—it's undergoing a transformation. But here's the truth: even in a market like this, there's an abundance of opportunity for those who know how to seize it. The Purchase Shift tackles the single most critical and sought-after skill in the mortgage industry: winning agent relationships.
If agent websites are the number one source for purchase leads, doesn't it make sense to develop relationships with agents? Lead companies can spin this any way they want, but there is no denying the truth. Real estate agents generate more purchase leads than all other lead sources combined.
While others are busy chasing fleeting trends, you'll gain a step-by-step guide to mastering the art of building relationships that deliver consistent results.
The Purchase Shift combines timeless principles of human influence with the power of AI, creating a formula for success that's as innovative as it is practical. This book isn't just another resource—it's a game-changer that provides clarity and direction in an industry that often feels chaotic, and gives you the tools to take control of your career and rise to the top.
