Author Biography

John Townsend has written many children's books, on a wide variety of subjects, both fiction and non-fiction. John used to be a secondary school teacher and playwright before becoming a full-time writer. He is a Reading Champion for the UK's National Literacy Trust.

Chris Chalik was born in 1973 on the Polish-German border into a family with German and Russian roots. His work has been published in Polish magazines, childrenâ??s books and graphic novels. He is the co-author of â??Shadow Healerâ??, a graphic novel which has been published in the US by Monofonus Press.
