About the Author
Russel Gehrke
is a sought out engineer, inventor, and consultant well known in alternative energy circles. The "eco-entrepreneur" is partnered with companies such as American Green Holdings, Bid for Green, and EcoOutlaw, and consults for companies such as Agrifuels LLC, Zero Hero, and many others. Russel has been featured on the Discovery Channel and in several episodes of the syndicated television show Cool Fuel Road-Trips, his own pilot TV show, Eco-Outlaws, as well as the History Channel's Modern Marvels. Russel has built hot rods for Willie Nelson and custom motorcycles for John Paul DeJoria, Merle Haggard, and a national hockey team. He is the inventor of "The Ethanol Reformer," a patent-pending technology that processes ethanol in stationary engines in a more efficient way creating newer and more sustainable markets for ethanol fuel reducing our dependency on foreign oil. He is the author of Renewable Energies for Your Home (M-H, 6/2009).
