Tami Barraclough is Manager, Disability Insurance, at M Financial Group in Portland, Oregon. She manages disability case development and sales support functions and helps M Member Firms deliver customized income protection solutions.

Erik Reynolds supports M Financial Group’s Member Firms with business development at their Portland, Oregon, headquarters. He also manages group carrier relationships with an emphasis on employee benefit and executive disability plans, long-term care insurance, and Lloyd’s of London products.

R. David Watros is President, M Benefit Solutions at M Financial Group in Portland, Oregon, where he has overall responsibility for strategic and operational aspects of the company. He also serves as Vice President of the Corporate Benefits division, which includes income protection, 401(k)/retirement, long-term care, and ancillary employee benefit lines of business.
