Author Biography

Breanna Stark is a pitmaster, writer, and social media personality who specializes in low & slow Texas barbecue. She was raised in Houston, has a passion for beef and meat, and loves cooking over fire and teaching others how to do the same. 
 
Along with her husband Andrew, Breanna has been active on the competitive barbecue circuits since 2014 and, on a whim, decided to post the recipe for her award-winning baby back ribs on TikTok in March 2021. Soon she became one of the biggest female BBQ social media personalities in the US. Whether she's smoking meat on the barbecue, firing up the grill, or just sharing her tasty recipes in the kitchen, Breanna shows her followers that anyone can make great food.
