Mr Jonathan A. Hyam is a Neurosurgical Registrar at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square, London, and a Visiting Academic at Oxford Functional Neurosurgery and the Nuffield Department of Surgical Sciences, University of Oxford.
