Tania Manczarek, MSW, LCSW is a licensed psychotherapist who focuses on empowering women to lead genuine and fully-expressed lives. She has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years and considers herself to be a "holistic therapist" focused on the mind, body and spirit connection. Tania draws upon her life experiences of traveling to 21 countries and living in France for many years, as well as her training in different modalities such as yoga, meditation, hypnosis, energy healing and various spiritual practices.
