Alan B. Albarran is the Associate Dean and Professor of Electronic Media and Film in the Meadows School of the Arts, Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. David H. Goff is a Professor of Radio, Television, and Film in the School of Communication at the University of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg. Debashis "Deb" Aikat (Ph.D., Ohio University) is an assistant professor and media futurist in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Sylvia M. Chan-Olmsted (Ph.D., Michigan State University). Sylvia conducts research in the areas of media economics, telecommunication management and marketing, strategic competition, and brand management. Bruce C. Klopfenstein (Ph.D., The Ohio State University, 1985) is professor of telecommunications at Bowling Green State University. Laurie Thomas Lee (Ph.D., Michigan State University, 1993) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Broadcasting, College of Journalism and Mass Communication, at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. John V. Pavlik (Ph.D., Mass Communication, University of Minnesota, 1983) is Executive Director of The Center for New Media, The Graduate School of Journalism, Columbia University, where he is also a Professor. Steven S. Ross (M.S., Columbia University) is Associate Professor of Professional Practice at Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism. Ardyth Broadrick Sohn (Ph.D., Southern Illinois University) has research interests in media management and media ethics. Barry Vacker (Ph.D., The University of Texas at Austin). Vacker's research interests include aesthetics, technology, and cultural theory. Rita Kirk Whillock (Ph.D., University of Missouri) writes about political communication.
