Author Biography

Frankie D. Cruz is an independent, certified personal trainer, and nutrition coach by the International Sports Science Association who specializes in positive psychology. He was trained in using evidence-based Positive Psychology at MentorCoach, one of the US's top coaching schools. Overcoming being legally blind since birth, he has been defined by his positive vision for the future. A budding leader and visionary for the fitness industry, Frankie believes everyone deserves the best science has to offer, and has made it his mission to educate others and give them the tools to succeed in their health and fitness journeys. Dr. Bernstein is a best selling author with Jack Canfield for their book "Success Formula", and has been featured on yahoo finance, market watch, CBS, NBC, FOX, yahoo money, and the Wall Street Journal. He has studied personal development for over 10 years and now coaches others to find there purpose and reach their full potential.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. George's University and completed his Internal Medicine residency at New York Presbyterian Queens. Dr, Bernstein is a board certified internal medicine physician and has experience in emergency medicine, primary care, urgent care, sports medicine, pain management, nutrition as well as health and wellness. He has worked in hospitals and ERs, covering rehab floors to intensive care units. David Lyons is the best-selling author of David's Goliath and Everyday Health and Fitness with Multiple Sclerosis and columnist for Everyday Health. A National Fitness Hall of Fame inductee, Lyons, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) in 2006 at the age of 47 and made the choice to fight MS head-on through bodybuilding. In 2009, at age 50, he competed in a bodybuilding contest winning the Most Inspirational trophy, and was the recipient of the National MS Society Milestone Award. In 2012, Lyons and his wife, Kendra founded the MS Fitness Challenge charity to support people with MS in conquering this disease through fitness. Lyons was honored by Arnold Schwarzenegger with the Health Advocate Lifetime Achievement Award, and has received the Lifetime Fitness Inspiration Award from the GBO, an international fitness federation. David has partnered with fitness icon Lou Ferrigno and daughter Shanna on The Reset Plan TV series. Scott Newton is the Founder of Evolve Personalized Fitness: Scott received his undergraduate degree in Human Movement, from Boston University. Shortly after he moved to California where he began his career as a trainer, coach, teacher, and athletic director. His passion for fitness and education grew, leading to him earning his masters degree in Kinesiology, from California State University, Fullerton. Scott is a certified personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). With more than 29 years experience and study, he has continuously seen how a systematic, science-based approach to training changes bodies, performance, and lives. Rami F. Odeh is the author of three books, Quiet the Noise: A Trail Runners Path to Hearing God and the founder of FormWell Personal Fitness Training, a personal training company located in Sandy Springs, GA. Founded in 1999, FormWell helped over 5000 clients achieve their exercise and weight loss goals. Rami sold this business in 2019 to pursue his next dream career: motivational speaking, writing and coaching.
Rami has dual master's degrees, one in industrial psychology and the other in exercise physiology and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a health and fitness specialist. He has been a motivational speaker, personal trainer, and nutritional coach in various gyms and client's homes in the Southeast since 1992 and has hands-on experience with over 1000 clients. His current life mission is to positively effect the lives of as many people he can, using writing, speaking, and coaching. Olympian, Speaker, Author, Coach and Mentor, Khadevis Robinson has always been a team player. Having represented the US for over a decade in international competitions, Khadevis Robinson has always utilized The Champions Mindset. From earning his Masters Degree in Public Administration, to coaching at UNLV, LSU and The Ohio State University, Khadevis understands that Major Things Happen In Minor Moments. Mike Rosa is the founder, owner and CEO of Anabolic Aliens LLC. Anabolic Aliens has amassed over a 1.5 million audience reach with more than 750K YouTube subscribers achieving over 100 million views. Mike created the app Exerprise which trended #1 new fitness app and is growing fast with thousands of new users daily. He received his degree in Nutrition from the University of New Hampshire and has broken 2 world records, multiple New England records and won best lifter in Massachusetts for powerlifting. Mike made his TV debut in Episode 2 of Man Vs Bear on the Discovery Channel. With young vibrance, Alyssa combines the importance of mental and physical strength in the pursuit of wellness. Starting with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, the research experience led Alyssa to pursue a PhD program studying human eating behavior. The years spent contribute to the knowledge used in her one-on-one coaching. Soon after, she became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and pursued a certification with the National Corporate Fitness Institute to support corporate wellness programs. Outside of the gym, Alyssa has been a local performer for several years; lending well to the passion of speaking. Dr Nia Williams is a Psychologist and Lecturer at Bangor University, Wales, UK. She is fascinated by human behaviour and has explored an immense variety of psychological phenomena, ranging from personality to social psychology to behavioural economics and other cognitive processes. Over the years she has developed a reputation for successfully creating experiments for award winning television programmes such as; Winner of best Factual Entertainment at the Celtic Media Festival and won the Silver Medal Award in the Community Project Category at the New York Festivals TV & Film Awards. She makes regular Radio and TV contributions as an expert informant on various issues relating to psychology. Nick Wright is a competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter, He's documented his competitive journey and life through YouTube and other accompanying social media platforms since 2009. Proud to hold the title of one of YouTube's first fitness influencers, Nick helped pioneer the YouTube Fitness circuit along with a few other great channels out there, I have had the pleasure of meeting, working with, and even helping start some of today's most popular fitness channels.
