Author Biography

The Reverend Dr. Robert G. Ccaroon is archivist and historiographer of the Episcopal Diocese of Connecticut. He is past commander in chief of the Military Order of the Loyal Legion of the United States Mr. Dana B. Shoaf is a Ph.D. candidate in history from Kent State University. The Military Order of the Loyal Legion is the subject of his dissertation. Mr. Shoaf is the associate editor for America's Civil War magazine
