Author Biography

Mario Lopez-Cordero is a journalist who writes about design, travel, fashion, and culture. He is the senior editor of Veranda and author of Veranda Retreats, and his writing has also appeared in New York, Travel + Leisure, and Metropolitan Home. Lopez-Cordero has previously held staff positions at ELLE Décor, Harper’s Bazaar, and House Beautiful. He lives in New York. 

Clinton Smith is the Editor in Chief of Veranda, the celebrated interiors and lifestyle magazine. He is an award-winning journalist who has been covering the fields of interior design, style, architecture, travel, and other luxury lifestyle topics for nearly 20 years.
