He is the author of Alphabet Table, Dog Days, The Golden Thread, Heroes, and Mesopotamia; the coauthor of Alphabestiary; and the coeditor of The White Collar Book. He lives in Barrie, Ontario. Margaret Atwood is a Canadian poet, novelist, literary critic, essayist, and environmental activist. She is the recipient of the Arthur C. Clarke Award, the Prince of Asturias Award for Literature, and the Governor General's Award. She lives in Toronto.
