Author Biography

Connie Glaser is a nationally recognized expert on women in the workplace. Her dynamic seminars on "breaking the glass ceiling" have assisted thousands of women. Her clients include Xerox Corporation, ATandT, and the U.S. Navy. A featured guest on The Today Show, Leeza, and CNN, she lives in Atlanta with her husband and two sons. Barbara Smalley is a freelance writer who has published more than 200 articles in magazines including McCall's, Redbook, Cosmopolitan, New Woman, and Elle. A recipient of the international ATHENA award for her work with helping women reach their goals, she lives in Athens, Georgia, with her husband and two children.
