Author Biography

Ian Norman is Professor of Nursing at Kingn++s College London, UK. He has worked in the mental health field for many years as a clinician and researcher and has an extensive publication record, including several previous books. He is also Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Nursing Studies.

..Iain Ryrie is a health care research consultant for Tribal Group Plc. He has worked in the mental health field for over 25 years and has delivered a varied portfolio of research, evaluation and practice development. He has held senior operational and RAndD positions in NHS Trusts, academic departments and charitable foundations, and has published extensively..
