Dr. McWherter is on the forefront of natural hormonal replacement therapies as well as functional and nutritional medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists; Fellow of the American College of Surgeons; holds memberships in the American College for Advancement in Medicine, the American Academy of Anti-Aging, and the Endocrine Society. In addition to being diplomat of the American Board of Chelation Therapy and the Board of Oxidative Medicine, he also has served as chairman of the peer-review planning committee and speaker for the Integrative Medicine for Anti-Aging Conference and Exposition.
