Author Biography

Suzanne Gordon is the author of Life Support and coeditor of First, Do Less Harm and The Complexities of Care, all from Cornell. Patrick Mendenhall is a Principal in Critical Reliability Concepts LLC, a pilot for a major commercial airline, and a member of the Air Line Pilots Association. Bonnie Blair OConnor is Associate Director, Pediatric Residency, at Hasbro Childrens Hospital/Alpert Medical School at Brown University. Captain Chesley Sully Sullenberger is an airline captain, aviation safety expert, and accident investigator. He is the author of Highest Duty.
