Part 1: Introduction: the changing practices of building actors in question (20 to 30 pages of text with illustrations, maps, photographs, diagrams)

This robust introduction presents the investigation and its main results. This is to bring the reader into the concrete manufactures energy-efficient buildings. The emphasis will be placed on locks, brakes, failure factors and the levers and resources that allow stakeholders into concrete work situations to build energy-efficient buildings.
