PAMELA P. PETERSON, PhD, CFA, is Professor of Finance at Florida State University where she teaches undergraduate courses in corporate finance and doctoral courses in empirical research methods. Professor Peterson has published articles in journals such as the Journal of Finance, the Journal of Financial Economics, the Journal of Banking and Finance, Financial Management, and the Financial Analysts Journal. She is the coauthor with David R. Peterson of Company Performance and Measures of Value Added and coauthor with Frank J. Fabozzi of Analysis of Financial Statements.<BR>
