Author Biography

Pam Foley is Senior Lecturer in Children and Families in the Faculty of Health and Social Care, The Open University UK. Her research interests include social policy affecting children and young people and children's agency. She has a practice background in women's and children's health. Stephen Leverett is Lecturer in Children and Young People in the Faculty of Health and social care, The Open University, UK. His practice background is in social care and social work in both the statutory and voluntary sectors.
