Summary

If You Have Seen His Weekly TV Program, Downunder Horsemanship, then you know that Clinton Anderson's training techniques can achieve amazing results with almost any horse. The show-the first of its kind-features untrained horses and common "real-life" problems, and has quickly become the satellite television network's most popular equine broadcast. This is because he teaches "everyday people" how to better communicate with their mounts, regardless of riding style, age, or ability. Many practical training books and videos feature horses that are already well trained. These examples are hard to follow, or relate to when you try a new technique at home and your own horse fails to understand it-sometimes not doing it perfectly, and other times, not at all. Clinton understands this and that is the point of all his training methods and the point of this book, for in it, he features real horses and real riders with real problems, and he presents real solutions.

Author Biography

Linton Anderson was born and raised in Australia. In 2003, Clinton won the prestigious El Camino del Caballo ("The Road to the Horse") colt-starting challenge competition. He travels extensively-conducting clinics and appearing as a headlining speaker at many of the major equine events throughout North America. He and his wife Beth make their home in Belle Center, Ohio
