Author Biography

Ken Endean grew up with small boats on a tidal estuary, taking a close interest in the behaviour of wind and water, and has cruised extensively between Scotland and Biscay, studying coastal features and hazards. Since 1977 he has been a regular contributor of technical and pilotage articles to Yachting Monthly and Practical Boat Owner. He is also the author of Channel Havens: Secret Inlets and Secluded Anchorages of the Channel, published by Adlard Coles Nautical.
