Author Biography

Brian D. Hulse is a partner with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in Seattle, Washington. He focuses his practice on real estate finance, commercial lending, finance and business transactions, loan workouts, and bankruptcy.

James H. Prior is a partner with Porter Wright Morris and Arthur in Columbus, Ohio, where he practices in the areas of employee benefits and commercial transactions.

Jeremy S. Friedberg is a partner with Leitess Friedberg PC in Baltimore, Maryland. His practice focuses on negotiation, documentation and workout of numerous asset based transactions and debtor-in-possession financing. His litigation experience extends from complex fraud cases in the United States District Court to bankruptcy and state court collection actions, as well as representing receivers and assignees for the benefit of creditors.
