Patrick S. Hagerman, Ed.D., is clinical assistant professor of exercise and sport science at the University of Tulsa. He is the author of The Complete Idiot-'s Guide-« to Body Sculpting and The Complete Idiot-'s Guide-« to Core Conditioning, in addition to other fitness books.
